Tour requests:- Imagine tours Ethiopia is responsive to all types of tour request that may come from all over the world.

Bookings:- Contracts and agreements will be valid consequent to Imagine Ethiopia Tours (IETís) confirmation of the booking by fax, e-mail, letter or telephone. At the time of confirmation, a deposit of 50% of the total cost is requested. The remaining amount of the total cost shall be paid 30 days before the commencement of the tour or on arrival.

Accommodation:- According to the preference of clients, we book rooms in hotels ranging from the luxurious, to fine first and tourist class hotels in major tourist areas, to simple rustic inns in remote areas, most with private baths. Hotel standard ranges depend on the clients requests.

Responsibility and Liability:- Only the laws of Ethiopia govern IETís liability to passengers transported in its own vehicles and all claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the court of Ethiopia in which the cause of action arises. Although every possible care is taken to safeguard you and your property, IET accepts no liability for loss or damage of any personal effects. IET will dispose its best efforts to assist visitors when dealing with third parties such as hotels, air lines and other transport companies and travel agents. However, IET cannot be held responsible for any loss or harm such as sickness, injury, death or additional costs incurred due to denied boarding, overbooking, cancellation or delay caused by the third party.

Prices:- IETís tour prices can be provided upon request.

Itineraries:- selected itineraries from our tour menu or requested itineraries are arranged here, however, numerous types of tours that suit the travelerís convenience can be organized. Combined tours can also be arranged on request. IET provides wide-range tours depending on interests and request.

Payment:- Payment can be made through bank transfer, in cash or traveler cheque. Other methods of payment can be discussed in advance.

Cancellations:- Abolition of confirmed bookings received more than 30 days prior to departure are subject to a cancellation fee of US $50 per person. Cancellation received between 30 and 15 days prior to departure will be subject to a penalty of 50% of the total rate of the tour. Cancellations received less than 15 days prior to departure will be subject to relinquishment of the entire tour rate. IET strongly recommends trip cancellation insurance.
